Acadian Bakery was established in 1980 in Lafayette, Louisiana and is family owned and operated. The Cajun pie recipe is over 100 years old. You can serve the Cajun pie by itself, with a scoop of ice cream, or with the special custard sauce (recipe available upon request). When the pie is served hot and fresh, it will fill the air with a tasteful aroma – a taste that will make you reminisce about grandmother’s old time pies.
